Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on all orders. No minimum purchase or hidden conditions — we just believe that delivery should be simple and stress-free.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4-9 business days. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real-time.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses in Denmark. Our focus is to provide the best experience locally. If we expand to other areas in the future, we will make sure our customers are notified first.

What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? That's perfectly fine. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Contact us at support@drosello.com, and we will guide you through the process.

How long does a refund take?
Once we have received and approved your return, the amount is usually refunded within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the amount to appear in your account.

Do you accept exchanges?

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Start by checking the tracking link you received in your shipping email. If more than 7 business days have passed and your package still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@drosello.com, and we will investigate the matter right away.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
We are very sorry if something was damaged during transit. Please email us at support@drosello.com with a brief description and, if possible, a picture. We will send a replacement or refund the amount — whichever you prefer.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after your order, and we will do our best to help.
