Refund policy

We want you to love your Drosello purchase. If it doesn't feel quite right, our return process is simple and hassle-free.

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. We never charge restocking fees – what you see is what you get, right down to our return policy.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@drosello.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the package arrives safely.

If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know when you contact us, and we will help you find the right solution.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to complete the transfer.
