A glossy dome on a trumpet stem — the Italian mushroom lamp silhouette of the 1960s, made here in molded PVC that glows across its whole surface instead of throwing a beam. The top of the dome dips into a shallow bowl, so a little light escapes upward too, and the wide rim spills a ring of it onto whatever the lamp is standing on.
